- One session available per person
- 7 people (maximum 5 children)
- Please be on time, we have a lot mini sessions to complete and if you are late, you may risk missing your session time.
- Your session time is 25 minutes and the sessions are booked 30 minutes apart, if your session runs quicker, it means your family have rocked the session and we have captured more than enough memories for you!
- Photography is strictly prohibited (including mobile phones).
- Please be prepared for a 'Christmas theme'. The theme this year is a traditional bedroom them, so think PJs, Pillow Fights and hot coco with storybooks.
- If your child has a special TOY, I encourage you to bring it for photos.
It is best to arrive wearing your outfit, this is due to the 25 minute time allowance and we want to ensure we use that time wisely. This might mean working with a shy little one more, or it could mean trying to get 3 or 4 little people all looking in the same direction at the same time. However we do also understand that some children attract dirt lol, so if you need to do a quick change, please turn up 5 minutes earlier and do a quick change in the car before your session.
Absolutely and we encourage this! However please keep it to either 1 or 2 sets of grandparents as a maximum.
If you are booking a cousin session, but also want to spend time having individual family photos taken, please book 2 sessions back to back. This will allow not only the time to take the cousins photos, but also 2 different individual family sessions. Unfortunately there is not enough time in the 25 minute time allowance to incorporate 3 shoots (2 family sessions + cousins) in 1 allocated slot.
- Branded clothing like Nike, Disney, Wiggles etc,
- Colours like aqua, pink, purple or orange.
- Animal prints.
- Bright shoes & socks
- Nail polish that is not new, please remove or refresh.
- Stickers and fake kids tattoos
Yes you can, however please be mindful that the size limit is due to the size of the set and we may not be able to get you ALL in the same photo and combinations will be limited to what will work best. The set is designed to comfortably fit 7 people.
Small dogs (preferably ones that do not shed so much) are welcome, however, please book a late afternoon or 'last' session of the day to assist.

The Studio will endeavor to stick to a 2 week turn around time.
Personally I think white or off white will really stand out with this year's theme as well as tartan. I would potentially avoid green as there will be a lot of green in the set up. Also consider the "Aussie" option of jeans, blue truckie singlets, flannelette shirts, thongs or Ugg boots etc. Dad's could even wear a funny BBQ apron, you could really do so much with this set up!
Unfortunately due to the way Christmas minis are held, there are no refunds on sessions. You are welcome to sell or gift your session to someone else however. If you do this, please let the Studio know who has purchased it so we can swap out your details for theirs.
Absolutely, however please be ready to also be in the photos with your baby to help add variety to the poses and combinations we can offer you.
