She said YES!!!

October 4, 2019

Oh gosh, this was so exciting to be a part of. Ian contacted me a few months ago to plan a photoshoot with a little surprise! He planned to pop the question. Pretty sure I squealed down the phone line!

I’ve known Ian now for quite a few years, he worked with my husband and also helped us move into the previous studio at Jamison Road and then helped pack it up and moved it to Wallacia. That gorgeous little fence around the Dandelion hut? Ian gave that to me from a relatives property.

So when Ian rang and told me what he was planning, I was so excited to be a part of it. These two have lots of blank walls to fill in their new home, so the cover was set. He convinced Rebecca into having a photoshoot with the pretense that those walls need filling! We had chatted about the session a few days prior, I suggested keeping the location simple and thought the log was the ideal spot. After a few photos around the property, I took them out to the log and Ian knew that was his cue. Well, we just let things unfold how they needed to be, I sat back with my 70-200 and just captured absolutely everything I possibly can!

Congratulations Rebecca and Ian on your engagement! I can’t wait to see the ring you pick out/design together. I wish you both a lifetime of happiness and lots of babies xxx
